An individual sewage disposal system permit (#367) was issued for this property, but a final inspection approval was not granted when the sewage disposal system was installed. Therefore, we cannot confirm that the system meets minimum County Standards. However, the system appeared to be functioning properly on October 29, 1986. This office recommends that septic tanks be pumped approximately every 4 years. Water is supplied by the Town of Basalt, and is tested on a regular basis.
