This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County Zoning and building requirements. Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the building and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation of a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit. 3. An individual sewage disposal system permit (#367) was issued for this property, but a final inspection approval was not granted when the sewage disposal system was installed. Therefore, we cannot confirm that the system meets minimum County Standards. However, the system appeared to be functioning properly on October 29, 1986. This office recommends that septic tanks be pumped approximately every 4 years. Water is supplied by the Town of Basalt, and is tested on a regular basis. Should you have any questions about this inspection, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
