Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the building and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation of a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit. 3. Shields residence which will be connecting to the Town of Gypsum's municipal sewer system soon. The Shields' house began using the septic system in 1977. Per our discussion, all components of the septic tank and affected leach field area will be disposed of in accordance with the Eagle County Land Use Regulations paragraphs 4.15.05 and 4.15.07.
