The septic system on the above -mentioned property was installed according to Eagle County Individual Sewage Disposal Specifica- tions on the permit for a 1,250 gallon septic tank with a 800 sq. ft. leach field. Final approval for this system was granted in June 1977 by this department. A septic inspection was made at the property on this date and the system appeared to be functioning properly. However, the two vent pipes on the east and west ends are uncapped. One needs to take the debris out of the 4" vent pipe on the east end of the leach field and put caps on both vent pipes. Also one needs to fill in the hole where the pipe was dug out for repairs. Potable water is provided by the Town of Eagle Municipal Water Supply. Samples are taken twice monthly by the Town of Eagle plant operator. These samples have proven safe by the Colorado Department of Health.
