It's already signed off by planning staff for zoning compliance. Environmental Health team would like to receive a confirmation from you where the proposed detached garage is in proximity to the existing septic tank and leach field? Are you served by Bellyache community water supply and a private septic system? If so, I understand the garage will be located NE of the existing home. Where's your septic tank leach field in relation to the existing residential footprint and driveway? The utilities are not shown on the submitted site plan, more written response regarding leach field / tank will aid the Environmental Health Department with their sign off (e.g. they want to ensure no vehicular traffic or construction staging in that area). Fng;;neering staff and Building staff reviews are not yet started. Based on case load ahead of yours, I expect to finish .;hitectural and structural review by end of business July 7.
