All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations, adopted pursuant to authority granted in 25-10-104, CRS 1973 amended 25-1-614, CRS 1973 2. Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the building and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation of a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit. 3. Box 179 500 Broadway Eagle, Colorado 81631-0179 This letter is a follow-up to our meeting this morning at the Eagle County Building, with David Nowakowski of the Building Division, regarding the remodel of your home located at 0145 Little Dipper Road, Wolcott. The legal description of the property is lot 43, filing 2, Bellyache Ridge. A review of Eagle County records indicates that on 4/22/76, the ISDS was f inalled under Permit Number 0081. The system consists of a 1250 gallon septic tank, and 600 square feet of leach field, (five foot deep, two foot wide trenches, with 300 square feet on each side of a diversion valve). This system is adequate to accommodate up to 3 bedrooms. - Our records indicate that after your remodel your house will consist of three bedrooms on the upper level, and no other bedrooms in the dwelling. The two offices on the middle level must remain offices. If you ever change either of these rooms from of f ices into bedrooms, you must upgrade your septic system to accommodate additional bedrooms. Your system is almost twenty years old and there is no guarantee of continued satisfactory performance of the present system, in any case.
