On July 22, 1993, you telephoned my office requesting this Division conduct a site inspection at 0133 Fulford Court, Lot 9, Filing 1, Upper Kaibab Subdivision, Eagle County, Colorado. The inspection was requested by you for the purpose of evaluating the condition of the on -site wastewater treatment and water supply systems. On April 19, 1976, the Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS), Permit #75, was inspected and approved in accordance with Eagle County Regulations. The system consists of a 1000 gallon septic tank and 500 square feet of absorption area. The site inspection performed on July 23, 1993, revealed no apparent problems. Obviously, this does not guarantee the continued satisfactory performance of the on -site system. It is recommended that the septic tank be pumped by a Licensed System's Cleaner every three to four years. Enclosed is a pamphlet which contains information on how to manage your on -site system. The water supply to this residence is provided by the Town of Eagle, a public water system. This water system is regulated by the Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Control Division, and, to the best of my knowledge, is operating within acceptable parameters. An -on -site inspection of the sewage disposal system on December 23, 1986 revealed that the septic system appears to be functioning properly. This individual sewage disposal system was permitted and installed in accordance with State and County Regulations. Final approval for individual sewage disposal permit number 75 was granted on April 19, 1976. Water is supplied by the community supply of the Town of Eagle and is sampled on a regular basis. Box 1213 Eagle, CO 81631 RE: Loan Inspection of Individual Sewage Disposal System for property located at 0133 Fulford Court, Lot 9, Filing 1, Upper Kaibab Dear Ms. Hobbs, All water and sewage disposal system loan inspections are done under the authority of the Eagle County Building Regulations, Section 10, sub -paragraph 3-A, adopted by the Eagle County Commissioners, September 20, 1982. An onsite inspection on Wednesday, February 27, 1985 of the above referenced property revealed that the septic system appears to be functioning properly with no apparent proble e original individual sewage disposal system, Per #0075 was approved on April 19, 1976 in accordance wit t able County and State regulations concerning such installations at that time. This department recommends that the septic tank be pumped every three or four years. Our records show that this septic tank has been in operation for nine years. Therefore, the tank is overdue for pumping, unless records indicate a recent pumping. Potable water is supplied by the community water supply (Town of Eagle). This water supply is inspected annually and tested by the Colorado Department of Health on a routine basis. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact our office.
