BOX 1 7 9 EAGLE. �:OLORADO S 163 1 FAX (303) 32S-'207 I am writing in regard to the status of your Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS) Permit #1054, located at 3244 Salt Creek Road near Eagle, CO. As you may be aware, a final inspection of the system is necessary to allow for the issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. It was discovered on or about 5/22/92 that the system was covered prior to the final inspection. In an attempt to resolve this issue, it was requested that your installer, Dan Ryan, provide the County with the necessary documentation to reveal what had been installed and how the system was configured. On December 30, 1992, Dan Ryan Submitted pictures, an as -built drawing, and invoices of materials purchased. The information submitted revealed that the system was installed in a bed configuration instead of a series of trenches as specified on your permit. The bed type of design requires the square footage be increased 1/3, and reduces the reduction allowed for a graveless system. As installed, your system has 531.25 square feet of absorption area. This is enough to accommodate a two bedroom home, not a three bedroom home as indicated on the application. This means that in order to correct the deficiency, an additional 5 infiltrator units must be installed in the spring of 1993. ISDS`Final Inspection Completeness Form-Q Tank is iZ 5 C) gal.
