WHEREAS, the above - referenced petition came on for
hearing before the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County,
Colorado, organized as a Board of Equalization for the purposes
of adjusting, equalizing, raising or lowering the assessment and
valuation of real and personal property within this County, fixed
and made by the County Assessor for the year 1987; and
WHEREAS, said petition has been heard before the County
Assessor and due notice of adjustment thereon has been given to
the taxpayer; and
WHEREAS, the taxpayer presented a petition of appeal to
the County Assessor's valuation for the year 1987, claiming
grounds for relief thereunder, stating the property described in
such petition was assessed too high, as more specifically stated
in said petition; and
WHEREAS, the Board has made its findings on the evi-
dence, testimony and remonstrances and is now fully informed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado, acting as the Board of
Equalization:
1. THAT the Board hereby finds, determines and de-
clares that the 1987 assessment of Petitioner's real property
should be adjusted.
2. THAT the Board directs the Assessor to adjust the
assessment for the subject property in accordance with the
stipulations entered into by the Eagle County Assessor and

Petitioner Vail Associates, Inc., said stipulations being at-
tached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.
3. THAT, as per the stipulation entered into between
Petitioner and the Eagle County Assessor, the attached stipulated
values shall be rounded in accordance with the Eagle County
Assessor's standard procedure, i.e., actual values shall be
rounded to the nearest one hundred dollars ($100.00), and as-
sessed values shall be rounded to the nearest ten dollars
($10.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Petition denied in part
by the Board of Equalization can be appealed to the Board of
Assessment Appeals, or the 5th Judicial District Court, Eagle
County, Colorado, within thirty (30) days of the entry of such
decision, pursuant to § 39 -8 -108, C.R.S. The appeal forms and
instructions for appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals may be
obtained from: Board of Assessment Appeals, Department of Local
Affairs, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 518, Denver, Colorado 80203.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, in its capaci-
ty as the County Board of Equalization, at its regular meeting
held the 31st day of July, 1987.
