Potable water is provided by a private spring for the property. I took a water sample for bacteriological analysis and the results were anlayzed by the Colorado Department of Health Regional Laboratory in Grand Junction. The sample results indicate that no coliform bacterial contaminants exist which indicate that the water is bacteriologically safe. If you require further information, please call.
