Don,
This looks pretty straight-forward to me - connecting this residence to the AA system. The
only question is whether the tank on the property is proposed to be the 1,500 gallon electric lift
station as Tom indicated on his plans or whether you'd like to try the 2,000 gallon auto siphon
as shown on the separate specification sheet from FLXX. If you'd like to try the auto siphon
as opposed to the electric lift station, page 2 of the engineer's plans should indicate this as an
alternative as he did for using other manufacturers of tanks.

I need to verify w/ Tom. I would not use the syphon if my choice-they fail to often. I just printed
everything Tom sent. Im gueussing syphon tank was just the wrong FLXX attachment. I dont
think Tom likes syphons either. Don

Dennis Willey called from the building dept. to say he was going to do a TCO for the Lot 32, 116 Wildflower
project today and was giving us a heads up since we still need Tom's paperwork.
Do you want to call him or should I? If you want me to I need his email and phone number since I seem to have
misplaced both!! That's how it is going at my desk today!!

If you would like to try to call him that would be fine with me, he seems to respond quicker to you guys.
In fairness to Tom, Hermes only gave us about a week's notice that they were going to TCO. They also
blocked our access to the site until September with lumber piles, dirt piles and equipment in the way, so I
do not feel it is fair to blame Tom for any delays on this one. Hermes also installed the sewer so deep
coming out of the home that we could not install a septic tank on the lot without a lift station. Tom had to
quickly do some recalculations and determined we could install without the septic tank. If this was not on
a state system we would not be have been completed within the time Hermes allowed us.
Phone is 406 5811613 that is his cell. I no longer have his company number if there still is one.

Tom seldom returns calls and only occasionally returns emails so I never know if he has received my
messages
I am attaching the as -built drawing I sent to him to be included with his approval letter. This lot is now a
straight pipe connection to the state system.
