The Arc 36 chambers in their number, configuration and piping were all done correctly and no changes were identified. You were going to research the tank type, make model, etc. with the manufacturer to assure the tank is approved for septic tank uses. There is an NSF sticker on the tank but I was surprised that there were no portals in the baffle. You did mention that you had a conversation with the manufacturer who told you that the effluent keeps the solids in the first compartment while allowing the effluent to migrate to the second compartment through the sides of the baffle. Please get documentation from the manufacturer that verifies this. The permit will be extended automatically when you get your building permit and we will make a note in your file that another inspection is necessary to "final" the permit. That will be conducted after you install the building sewer. Thanks.
