8. Interstate Hwy 1 -70 monumentation found per Land Survey Plat filed in the Land Survey Vault in the Eagle County Engineering Department to Book 1, Pages 745 -750 and flled by the Department of
Transportation State of Colorado Project No. SHE 0702 -267.
