Monuments found at the southerly line of Lot 1 bear illegible PLS Numbers, or are monuments set by surveyors other than the surveyor of record for Basalt Ridge Subdivision, and do not fit mathematically with the dimensions shown on Basalt Rage Subdivision. 9. The survey was prepared without benefit of a current title commitment.
