3. Location of improvements and lot lines are based upon the above -referenced CORRECTED FINAL PLAT and Survey Monuments
found at the time of this survey.

6. All original survey monuments were found and accepted. The (MEASURED) bearings and distances are the surveyed boundary and
(PLAT) bearings and distances refer to the said corrected final plat.
7. Basis of Bearings: An assumed bearing of S89°45'46"E between a found 1.5" Aluminum Cap stamped LS #11204, marking a north
angle point of subject property and a found 1.25" Red Plastic Cap, on #5 Rebar, stamped LS #3317, marking the northeast
corner of subject property. All bearings hereon being relative
thereto.
