2 and 3, all situated in Township 5 South, Range 85 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
according to the Independent Resurvey of said Township and Range approved by the U.S.
Surveyor General in Denver, Colorado on June 20, 1922; which lies Northerly of and adjacent to
the Northerly line of the Union Pacific Railroad Right -of -Way; Westerly of the Westerly line of
the access road to the Brush Creek and Eagle River Ranch property; and easterly of the west
