This being a scheduled Public Hearing,the following items were presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for their consideration:
Commissioner Updates
Commissioner Ryan provided an update on the Lake Christine fire. The recent rains had helped with
containment and the feelings were positive. The county was still responding and helping residents prepare for
flooding mitigation should that happen. The goal was to have full containment by July 31st.
Commissioner McQueeney spoke about some other events that took place over the last week. There was a
mayors and manager meeting, a meeting with Lieutenant Governor, Donna Lynne on healthcare, Habitat CEO
Build day,joint meeting with the Edwards Metro District, and Reggie Bicha, Executive Director of the Colorado
Department of Human Services presented the Human Services Department with an award.
Chairman Chandler-Henry stated that everyone had been working hard in addition to the fire management.
She thanked everyone that worked on the recent Gypsum fire that was a result of a lightning strike.
Consent Agenda
1. Amended Final Plat for Snow Cloud Condominiums, Units 103 and 206

Commissioner Ryan moved to approve the Consent Agenda for July 24, 2018, as presented.
Commissioner McQueeney seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
Constituent Input
Chairman Chandler-Henry opened constituent input.
Joanne Rock stated that she attended the presentation on healthcare and spoke about a recent read. She also
commented on addiction in America and the support systems in place to assist with the challenges. She hoped that
some of the work being done in the addiction field would result in some intensive initial pain management, non-
opioid intervention.
Chairman Chandler-Henry closed constituent input.

Commissioner McQueeney moved to approve the assignment of allocation of multifamily housing facility
bonds/single family mortgage revenue bond between Eagle County and the Colorado Housing and Finance
Authority.
Commissioner Ryan seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
2. Resolution 2018-050 Ratifying the Purchase of 431 Broadway Street, Eagle, Colorado and Authorizing
any of the Eagle County Commissioners or County Manager to Execute All Documents Associated With
The Sale of The Property

Commissioner Ryan moved to approve the resolution ratifying the purchase of 431 Broadway Street,
Eagle, Colorado and authorizes any of the Eagle County Commissioners or County Manager to execute all
documents associated with the sale of the property.
Commissioner McQueeney seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
Commissioner McQueeney moved to adjourn as the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners and re-
convene as the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority.
Commissioner Ryan seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
Eagle County Housing and Development Authority
1. Agreement for Procurement and Installation Services between Lake Creek Village LLC and 360 Civil, Inc.

Executive Summary: Parking has always been an issue in Lake Creek Village leading to residents having to park
off property. These extra spaces will offer more parking for our residents and their guests.
Commissioner Ryan moved to approve the agreement for procurement and installation services between
Lake Creek Village LLC and 360 Civil, Inc.
Commissioner McQueeney seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
Commissioner McQueeney moved to adjourn as the Eagle County Housing Authority and re-convene as
the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners.
Commissioner Ryan seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
