COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDERS OFFICE, COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF
COLORADO.
2) BASIS OF BEARINGS: A BEARING OF N00'28'41 "E BETWEEN A FOUND 2"
ALUMINUM CAP, IN A MONUMENT BOX AT THE INTERSECTION OF 5TH
STREET AND BROADWAY STREET AND A FOUND 2" ALUMINUM CAP, IN A
MONUMENT BOX AT THE INTERSECTION OF 2ND STREET AND BROADWAY
STREET AS SHOWN HERON AND RELATIVE THERETO.
