This vacant lot has received the residential rate since 2001 due to the three listed owners purchasing it for private access and as a playground for their children. The contiguous classification was removed in 2015,in error, by an appraiser in the Assessor's office. Due to one of the owner's selling his improved lot in the latter portion of 2015,the criteria for contiguous classification will be removed for 1/1/2016.
