This bein;J a special meeting the following was presented to the Board of
County Commissloners for their consideration:
Chairman Phillips called this Special Meeting to order, statin;J Gary
Bossow and Jay Peterson were present to discuss the possible acquisltion of
land for open space.
Bob Loeffler, Ass't. Connty Attorney, stated this matter regards a
decision of the Board of Equalization relating to the Bossow Parcel.
Commissioner Gates moved to adjourn into "Executive Session" to discuss
the Bossow parcel.
Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion. The vote was declared
unanimous.
Chairman Phillips stated the Board has returned from the "Executive
Session" concerning the Bossow Parcel.
There being no further business to be brought before the Board the
meeting was adjourned nntil September 12, 1994.
