This being a scheduled Public Hearing the following items were presented
to the Board of County Commissioners for their consideration:
Consent Calendar
Chairperson Phillips opened the meeting with the first item on the
agenda, the consent calendar as follows:
01) Bill paying, subject to approval by County Manager
02) Bid acceptance to purchase motor pool vehlcles
03) Resolution 94-18, appointments to Planning commissions
04) Resolution 94-19, appointments to Minturn Cemetery District
05) Payroll for 2-3-94, subject to approval by County Manager.
Chairperson Phillips questioned the number of motor pool vehicles to be
purchased.
Bill Smith, Motor Pool Supervisor, stated the Landfill, Sheriff's
Office, Senior Citizen Center, Building Inspection Department, mail room and
Pest and Weed Department will be receiving new vehicles. He stated there is
also one ~lice package vehicle.
Cormussioner Johnson moved to approve the consent calendar as presented.
Chairperson Phillips seconded the motion. Of the two voting
Commissioners the vote was declared unanimous. Commissioner Gates was not
present at this hearing.
Maintenance Agreement, Par & Associates
Dave Holmgren, Information Systems Teamleader, presented a maintenance
agreement between Eagle County and Par and Associates, Inc. for maintenance
of three P300 printronix Printers. He stated this is renewal of the same
agreement as previous years.
Commissioner Johnson moved to approve and authorize the Chairperson to
si9ll a maintenance agreement between Ea9le County and Par & Associates for
rnalntenance of three P300 printronix Prlnters.
Chairperson Phillips seconded the motion. Of the two voting
Commissioners the vote was declared unanimous.
Support Agreement, Eagle Canputer Systems
Dave Holmgren presented a Support Agreement between Eagle County and
Eagle Computer Systems for software and hardware maintenance. He stated this
is a renewal agreement and is the same as last year's agreement.
commissioner Johnson moved to approve the Support Agreement between
Ea9le County and Eagle Computer Systems for software and hardware
rnalntenance.
Chairperson Phillips seconded the motion. Of the two voting
Commissioners the vote was declared unanimous.
There being no further business to be brought before the Board the
meeting was djourned until February I, 1994.
