Home My WebLink AboutR15-093 Amendment of Resolution No. 2014-100 Commissioner P---4143-4-.A. moved adoption of the following Resolution: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 2015- ` RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION NO. 2014-100: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING DAYS FOR THE EAGLE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015 AND DESIGNATING LEGAL HOLIDAYS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015 AND ESTABLISHING THE BI-WEEKLY PAYROLL SCHEDULE FOR 2015 WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 30-10-303, C.R.S.,the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado ("Board")by Resolution number 2014-100 dated December 16, 2014, established a schedule of the Board's regular meeting days for Fiscal Year 2015; and WHEREAS, the Board now desires to amend the established regular public meeting days for the Eagle County Board of Commissioners for Fiscal Year 2015 as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT,the Board hereby amends the established schedule of the Board's regular meeting days for Fiscal Year 2015 to incorporate the following change: December 21, 2015 (Monday) Meeting added December 22, 2015 (Tuesday) Meeting added December 28, 2015 (Monday) Meeting canceled December 29, 2015 (Tuesday) Meeting canceled THAT, the aforementioned change is hereby reflected in the 2015 Meeting Schedule, Eagle County Board of Commissioners, attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and incorporated by reference. THAT, Resolution No. 2014-100 shall remain in full force and effect except as hereby amended. 1 THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. MOVED, READ and ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the 2:14k day of October 2015.
