BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 0 R
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING AND DISTRIBUTING REVENUES FROM THE
COUNTY FOREST RESERVE FUND, FISCAL YEAR 2013
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter"the Board"), has received the sum of$571,259.78 for Fiscal Year 2013
pursuant to the provisions of the Act of Congress of May 23, 1908, relating to receipts from
National Forests; and
WHEREAS, the Treasurer of Eagle County has placed said revenues in a special County
fund designated as the "Forest Reserve Fund"; and
WHEREAS,the Board is directed by C.R.S. 30-29-101 to allocate the money received
from the State Treasurer pursuant to the provisions of said statute to the School Districts in Eagle
County; and
WHEREAS, the County desires to allocate 100% of the Forest Reserve Fund to the
School Districts in Eagle County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT,the Treasurer is requested and directed to allocate one hundred percent (100%) of
the said $571,259.78 to each of the public school districts in Eagle County, as follows:
$479,743.96 to RE-50J public school district in Eagle County, and $91,287.31 to the Roaring
Fork RE-1 public school district, and $228.51 to the West Grand District 1 public school district.
THAT,the County Budget Officer is hereby directed to deliver a copy of this Resolution
to the Eagle County Treasurer and any other designated employees of Eagle County whose
duties include the transfer of funds.
