RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION NO. 2014-077:
APPROVAL OF THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR OPERATION OF THE
OLDCASTLE FAIRGROUNDS GRAVEL PIT
FILE NO. ZS-4892
WHEREAS,on the 9th day of September, 2014,the Board of County Commissioners
approved Resolution No. 2014-077, memorializing approval of a Special Use Permit for the
Oldcastle Fairgrounds Gravel Pit; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2014-077 incorrectly referenced the Eagle County Special
Use Permit Planning File as No. ZS-4615; and
WHEREAS, the correct Eagle County Planning File No. is ZS-4892. The purpose of this
Amended Resolution is to correct the Special Use Permit File number reference, accordingly.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado:
THAT, the Board hereby approves the amendment of Resolution No. 2014-077 to correct
the Special Use Permit file number reference from File No. ZS-4615 to File No. ZS-4892; and
THAT, the Board directs the Department of Community Development to provide a copy
of this Resolution to the Applicant; and
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Eagle County.
