COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2014- U U v
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANY OF THE EAGLE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE
COLORADO RIVER RETREAT PROPERTY LOCATED AT 23771 COLORADO
RIVER ROAD, EAGLE COUNTY, BURNS, COLORADO
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado ("Board")
has approved the purchase of the Colorado River Retreat property, the"Property", representing
approximately 34 acres of land along the Colorado River; and
WHEREAS,various documents will need to be signed in connection with closing on the
Property and in the course of fulfilling the terms of the purchase agreement for the Property and
the Board wishes to authorize any of the County Commissioners to execute all documents
necessary for acquisition and closing on the Property.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF
COLORADO:
THAT,the Board authorizes any Commissioner to execute on its behalf any and all
necessary documents, instruments, papers or other forms necessary to acquire the Property and
to assure grant conditions are satisfied, if applicable.
THAT,the Board of County Commissioners finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
