COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO 2014 Oti-
RESOLUTION CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE
ROARING FORK VALLEY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. 30-28-103, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter"the Board"), is authorized to make
appointments to the Roaring Fork Valley Regional Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the following appointments and designations do not constitute contractual
obligations of the County of Eagle (the "County") nor of the Board, and the County and Board
are not legally bound for the respective terms of appointment and designation as specified
herein below, the County, by and through the Board, having the authority, in its sole discretion,
to change, add, or abolish such appointments and designations and to fill vacancies as it sees
fit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT,the Board hereby appoints and confirms the following people to serve as members
of the Roaring Fork Valley Regional Planning Commission for the term set to expire on
March 31, 2017.
Raul Gawrys (Regular Member)
Temple Glassier (Regular Member)
Catherine Markle (Regular Member)
THAT,the Board hereby appoints and confirms the following people to serve as members
of the Roaring Fork Valley Regional Planning Commission for the term set to expire on
March 31,2015.
Stephen Ellsperman (Associate Member)
Judith Kula(Associate Member)
Ken Ransford (Associate Member)
Charles Spickert (Associate Member)
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for
the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado, this 7%1 day of IAA-A-'1 , 2014.
