of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 92 -209
CHANGING RATE OF
PASSENGER FACILITY CHARGE
WHEREAS, on December 21, 1992, Resolution 92 -209, regarding the implementation
and collection of a Passenger Facility Charge (the "PFC Resolution ") was adopted; and
WHEREAS, the PFC Resolution authorized the collection of a Passenger Facility Charge
( "PFC ") on Enplaned Passengers for use in projects to enhance safety and capacity of the Eagle
County Regional Airport; and
WHEREAS, the PFC Resolution authorized certain action by the "County Manager "; and
WHEREAS, federal law recently has raised the allowable rate of Passenger Facility
Charge to $4.50; and
WHEREAS, the position of the County Manger has been replaced by the position of
County Administrator; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado desire to change the rate of the PFC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the PFC's imposed and collected pursuant to the PFC Resolution are hereby
authorized to be increased to the amount of $4.50, beginning on the first date authorized by the
FAA.
THAT, the "County Manager" as used in the PFC Resolution shall mean then County
Administrator or his designee.

THAT, the provisions of this Resolution are necessary for the health, safety and welfare
of the citizens and residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
Coun of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the / qay of
