of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2000-
RESOLUTION APPOINTING
MICHAEL L. GALLAGHER
TO THE
NORTHWEST COLORADO OPTIONS FOR LONG TERM CARE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2000 -012, James E. Johnson, Jr. was appointed
Eagle County's representative to the Board of Directors of the Northwest Colorado Options for
Long Term Care, and
WHEREAS, James E. Johnson, Jr. has resigned from the position of County
Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle desires to
appoint Michael L. Gallagher as Eagle County's representative to the Board of Directors of the
Northwest Colorado Options for Long Term care, for a term commencing today until further
order of the Board, in accordance with Section 24- 33.5 -707, C.R.S.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Michael L. Gallagher is hereby appointed as Eagle County's representative to the
Board of Directors of the Northwest Colorado Options for Long Term care, for a term
commencing today until further order of the Board, in accordance with Section 24- 33.5 -707,
C.R.S.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
CounV of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the day of
2000.
