of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -O L3� -
RESOLUTION APPOINTING
MICHAEL L. GALLAGHER
TO THE
ROARING FORK TRANSIT AGENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 99 -025, James E. Johnson, Jr. was appointed as
Eagle County's voting Director to the Roaring Fork Transit Agency (RFTA); and
WHEREAS, James E. Johnson, Jr. has resigned from the position of County
Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle desires to
appoint Michael L. Gallagher as Eagle County's voting Director to the RFTA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Michael L. Gallagher be and is hereby appointed as Eagle County's voting
Director to the RFTA; said one (1) year term to expire on December 31, 2000.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the day of
2000.
