of th following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 013
RESOLUTION CONCERNING
DESIGNATION OF OFFICIAL LEGAL NEWSPAPER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the Board ") is required by
§ 39 -11 -105 C.R.S. to select a newspaper of general circulation
in which the Treasurer shall publish the delinquent tax list of
the County; and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to designate an official legal
newspaper of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, for the
publication of required legal notices; and
WHEREAS, having reviewed the proposals submitted to,the
County, the Board determines that the proposal submitted by The
Eagle Valley Enterprise is the proposal most advantageous to the
County.
NOW THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT pursuant to the powers granted the Board by § 39 -11 -105
and § 30 -11 -107 C.R.S. the Board does hereby designate The Eagle
Valley Enterprise as the official legal newspaper of the County
of Eagle, State of Colorado, until further order of the Board of
County Commissioners.
