BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - ()/0
APPOINTING LOIS WALKER TO THE
CEDAR HILL CEMETERY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the County ") is empowered by
Section 30 -20 -803 C.R.S. to make appointments to cemetery boards;
and
WHEREAS, the terms of Lois Walker on the Cedar Hill Cemetery
Board expired September 2, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to extend the term of said
appointment and Lois Walker has indicated her willingness to
continue her term on said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT Lois Walker be and is hereby appointed to the Cedar Hill
Cemetery Board for a term of four (4) years, said term expiring on
September 2, 2004, or until her successor shall have been
appointed.
THAT the Board finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare
of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the - day of January, 2000.
