BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 0 qs
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANY COMMISSIONER TO EXECUTE ALL LEGAL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR EFFECTUATING THE SALE OF LOT 10,
STRATTON FLATS, COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, Eagle County has the right to enforce a deed restriction associated with Lot
10, Stratton Flats, County of Eagle, State of Colorado (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the purchaser of the Property expects to close on its purchase of the Property
on or about October 17, 2013 with a non-FHA loan; and
WHEREAS, there may be documents that must be executed as part of the sale of the
Property, including but not limited to amendments to the memorandum of acceptance or the deed
restriction to recognize the non-FHA loan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desire to authorize any commissioner
to execute any and all documents necessary to facilitate the sale of the Property and preservation
of the deed restriction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby authorizes any of the County Commissioners to execute all
documents necessary to facilitate the closing of the Property while maintaining the deed
restriction, after review and approval of such documents by the County Attorney; and
THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the people of
Eagle County, Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held this lc day of ODU 611.2013.
