HomeMy WebLinkAboutR13-086 Correction of Certain Petitions of the Eagle County Board of Equalization Commissioner gl 19 ()al— moved adoption of the following Resolution: COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO nAj^ RESOLUTION NO. 2013- D U 0 W CORRECTION OF CERTAIN PETITIONS TO THE EAGLE COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION WHEREAS, on August 2, 2013, by Resolution No. 2013-068, the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the County Board of Equalization (hereinafter the Board"), considered recommendations of the referee who was duly appointed by the Board of Equalization to hear the petitions of the Taxpayers; and WHEREAS, by that same Resolution the Board hereby ordered with respect to the 2013 assessments of Petitioners' real and/or personal property in accordance with the determinations set forth in the letters of decision attached to Resolution No. 2013-068. WHEREAS, by the same Resolution, the Board directed the Assessor to adjust the valuation as more particularly set forth in the letters of decision attached to Resolution No. 2013- 068. WHEREAS, the Board has since been advised that certain decisions of Resolution No. 2013-068 were incorrect and did not accurately represent the referee's recommendation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO sitting as the Eagle County Board of Equalization: THAT, the following schedule numbers are hereby revised and corrected and the previously adopted decisions disregarded and considered null and voided: CBOE Schedule Owner Docket No. Number 2013-0398 R045062 1690 Daybreak Ridge LLC 2013-0395 R040694 Douglas K.Higgins Irrevocable Family Trust 2013-0402 R028923 Hayes-Weller 1 LLC THAT, each Taxpayer identified by the above-listed schedule numbers be given notice of this action. THAT, for each letter of decision(Exhibit"A") issued by the Board in which an adjustment to be respective Petitioner's valuation is indicated, the Board directs the Assessor to adjust the valuation as more particularly set forth in such letters of decision.
