COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -�'
RESOLUTION APPOINTING REFEREES FOR THE
2013 COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 39- 8- 102(2)(i), C.R.S., the Board of
County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, acting in its capacity as the
Eagle County Board of Equalization (hereinafter 'Board "), has the authority to appoint
independent referees who are experienced in property valuation to conduct hearings on behalf of
the Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board is desirous of appointing two (2) hearing referees to sit for the
2013 assessment appeal hearings and make findings and submit recommendations to the Board
for its final action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO, acting in its
capacity as the Eagle County Board of Equalization:
THAT, the Board hereby appoints Mark Young and Angelo Loria to sit as its referees for
the 2013 session of the County Board of Equalization.
THAT, said referees shall serve at the pleasure of the Board and may be removed with or
without good cause shown.
THAT, the referees shall avoid any appearance of impropriety and shall disqualify
himself if he has any close and/or direct relationship with the matter being heard.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of-Colorado (sitting as the Board of Equalization) at its regular meeting
held they of 2013.
Commissioner seconded adoption of the foregoing resolution. The roll
having been called, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Ryan
Commissioner Chandler -H my r
This Resolution passed by 3-10 vote of the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
