RESOLUTION NO. 2012- O "6
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANY OF THE EAGLE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE OF LOTS
2, 3 and 4 EAGLE RANCH FILING 26, EAGLE, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado ( "Board ")
approved a contract to purchase property known as Lots 2, 3 and 4, Eagle Ranch, Filing 26,
Town of Eagle, Eagle County, Colorado (the "Property "); and
WHEREAS, the seller requested an extension from August 31, 2012 to September 10,
2012 to obtain lender approval for the transaction; and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that during the administration of the terms and conditions
of the purchase and sale agreement for the Property, there will be documents that require
signature by the Board of County Commissioners including but not limited to, assignments and
extensions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF
COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby approves and ratifies the amendment granting seller an
extension to September 10, 2012 for lender approval; and
THAT, the Board authorizes any Commissioner to execute on its behalf any and all
necessary documents, instruments, papers or other forms necessary for the consummation of
the purchase of the Property.
THAT, the Board of County Commissioners finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held this I day of - 2012.
