Home My WebLink AboutR11-063 Authorize Harry Taylor to Sign Documents - .4 Commissioner " �r moved adoption of the following Resolution: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 2011- dh RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HARRY TAYLOR TO SIGN DOCUMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSFER OF TITLE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT ON BEHALF OF EAGLE COUNTY WHEREAS, the Eagle County Fleet Services Manager, Harry Taylor, is responsible for the maintenance of vehicles and equipment owned by Eagle County ( "County "); WHEREAS, from time to time the Fleet Services Manager needs to transfer title to County vehicles and equipment as part of his fleet management duties; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners ( "Board ") desires to designate Harry Taylor as its authorized representative to sign and execute documents transferring title to County vehicles and equipment on behalf of the County and consistent with his fleet management duties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT, the Board hereby designates Harry Taylor an employee of the County and its duly appointed representative to sign and execute documents transferring title to County vehicles and equipment on behalf of the County and consistent with his fleet management duties.
