RESOLUTION NO. 2011- _
FINAL RELEASE OF COLLATERAL
AND TERMINATION OF THE
WARRANTY PERIOD
FOR
JOHN AND DIANE L. MILLIGAN
BUILDING PERMIT NO. 18999
WHEREAS, on or about January 20, 2010, John and Diane L. Milligan ( "Milligan ")
were granted Building Permit No. 18999 for public improvements at 2120 Vermont Road; and
WHEREAS, Milligan provided collateral in the form of check No. 5412 in the amount of
$667.20 as collateral for the warranty period; and
WHEREAS, the warranty period began on August 1, 2010 with expiration on August 1,
2012, but because of the location of the improvements for Milligan's driveway and the
performance of the improvements to date, the Eagle County Engineering Department has
determined that the collateral can be released (see Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference); and
WHEREAS, based upon the written recommendations of the County Engineer and the
County Attorney, THE BOARD FINDS that Milligan's obligations under the Building Permit
have been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby authorizes the full and final release of collateral and the
termination of the warranty period for John and Diane L. Milligan for Building Permit No.
18999.
THAT, this document shall be recorded in the Records of the Eagle County Clerk
and Recorder, which shall be evidence that the improvements p is under Building Permit No. 18999
have successfully survived the warranty period.
THAT, the Chairman of the Board of the Eagle County Commissioners hereby directs
the Eagle County Treasurer to issue a warrant to John and Diane L. Milligan in the amount of
$667.20.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the /Gf day of June, 2011.

Release of Warranty Collateral
During the week of May 23, personnel from this office performed an inspection of the
collateralized improvements. Please release the remaining $667.20 that is currently being
held for the two year warranty. The warranty period began on August 1, 2010, with
expiration on August 1, 2012. Due to the location of the improvements being for Mr.
Milligan's driveway and the performance of the improvements to date, the collateral can
be released.
