of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2011 - i
CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 96 -22 created the Eagle County Regional Transportation
Authority ( "ECO ") and provided for its duties and powers; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 96 -22 appointed the various members to the ECO Board;
and
WHEREAS, the ECO Bylaws provide that vacancies on the Board be filled by Town
nomination with Commissioner approval; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon has nominated Amy Phillips as the regular member and
Todd Goulding as the alternate member for the Town of Avon; a copy of said nomination letter
is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Amy Phillips be and is hereby appointed to the Eagle County Regional
Transportation Authority as the regular member for the Town of Avon. Said term to expire on
February 28, 2014.
THAT, Todd Goulding be and is hereby appointed to the Eagle County Regional
Transportation Authority as the alternate member for the Town of Avon. Said term to expire on
February 28, 2014.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.

County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the V7-day of
2011.
