HomeMy WebLinkAboutR10-101 Environmental Services New Fee Schedule Commissioner 'moved adoption of the following Re! lution: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ACTING AS EAGLE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO, RESOLUTION NO. 2010 - (� j RESOLUTION ADOPTING A NEW FEE SCHEDULE APPLICABLE TO ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OF THE EAGLE COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2011 WHEREAS, the Eagle County Board of Health (hereinafter the "Board "), is authorized, pursuant to state enabling legislation including, but not limited to, C.R.S. 25- 1- 508(5)(j), 25 -4 -1607, 25 -10 -107 and 25 -10 -109, to plan for and protect the public health and environment as it relates to the use of on -site wastewater treatment systems and the operation of food service establishments in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, convenience, order, prosperity, and welfare of the present and future inhabitants of the County of Eagle; and WHEREAS, pursuant thereto, and pursuant to the provisions of 25- 1 25 -4 -1607, 25- 10 -107 and 25 -10 -109 of the Colorado State Statutes, the County is authorized to charge fees for such services; and WHEREAS, in order to cover the cost of providing the environmental services set forth in Exhibit `A', the Board desires to adopt a revised fee schedule, effective January 1, 2011; and WHEREAS, to the greatest extent practicable, the fees for environmental services listed in Exhibit `A' match the cost of providing these services, and in no event exceed the cost of providing such services; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EAGLE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH: THAT, pursuant to the authority granted by law, the Board herein adopts this Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit `A', effective January 1, 2011. THAT, this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety, and welfare of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. OWTS — Minor repair $400 Includes final inspection. OWTS — Emergency Use $150 OWTS — Reinstatement of $100 permit expired less than one year, no changes OWTS — Reinstatement of $400 permit expired more than one year OWTS — Additional $135 inspections OWTS — Systems contractor $50 Includes testing. license, new OWTS — Systems contractor $25 license, renewal OWTS — Cleaner license, new $50 Includes testing. OWTS — Cleaner license, $25 renewal Child Care inspections — $60 Invoiced annually. Facilities requiring one inspection per year (day camps, pre - schools, and head start programs) Child Care inspections — $120 Invoiced annually. Facilities requiring two inspections per year (including infants and toddlers) Child Care inspections — $60 Invoiced bi- annually. Facilities requiring one inspection every two years (after school programs) Food Service (FS) — Plan $100 review application fee, including temporary /special event vendors FS — Plan review $60/hour Not to exceed $580, payable after pre - operational inspection.
