BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 1 /
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE OF
JOHNNETTE PHILLIPS AND ROXIE DEAN AS GOLDEN EAGLE ELDERLY
HOUSING CORPORATION BOARD MEMBERS
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereafter the "Board ") acknowledges that Johnnette Phillips and Roxie Dean
provided many years of service to improve quality of life for older citizens; and
WHEREAS, the Board recognizes that Johnnette Phillips served on the Golden
Eagle Elderly Housing Corporation Board from 2003 to 2010 and greatly contributed her
time and efforts for the benefit of the seniors of Eagle County; and
WHEREAS, the Board recognizes that Roxie Dean served on the Golden Eagle
Elderly Housing Corporation Board from 2005 to 2009, and greatly contributed her time
and effort for the benefit of the seniors of Eagle County; and
WHEREAS, The Board recognizes that Eagle County has been privileged to have
persons of distinguished character and expertise in Ms. Phillips and Ms. Deane; and
WHEREAS, The Board wishes to acknowledge Ms. Phillips and Ms. Dean for
their years of public service; and
NOW THEREFORE, THE EAGLE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
Recognize Roxie Dean and Johnnette Phillips for their many years of service both for the
Golden Eagle Elderly Housing Corporation Board and their efforts to improve the lives
of our older citizens.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
