RESOLUTION VACATING THE G.R. WEBSTER RURAL HOMESITES FINAL PLAT
AT REQUEST AND WITH CONSENT OF THE CURRENT OWNER OF SUCH PLAT
SO AS TO RETURN SUCH PROPERTY TO ITS STATE IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO
RECORDING OF THE FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, Deborah L. Webster, representing the Webster Ranch, LLC, is the current
owner of the land encompassed by the G.R. Webster Rural Homesites Final Plat; and
WHEREAS, the G.R. Webster Rural Homesites Final Plat encompasses 121-acres and
three separately saleable lots containing approximately 2-acres each;
WHEREAS, such current owner has requested and consented. to vacation of the G.R.
Webster Rural Homesites Final Plat, as recorded on July 2"d, 1984, as Reception No. 284824,
Book 388, Page 523, as to return such property to its original pre-subdivision status; and
WHEREAS, development of the subject property is restricted by a Deed of Conservation
Easement, as recorded on February 4th, 1998, as Reception No. 646291. This instrument
restricts development of the subject property to one new single-family residence with square
footage not to exceed 6,500 square feet, excluding garage, whether attached or detached, and
outbuildings necessary or desirable for the storage of farm and ranch equipment and supplies and
the housing of animals..
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is willing to vacate such Rural
Homesites Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the G.R. Webster Rural Homesites Final Plat, is hereby vacated, and such property shall
be deemed returned to its original pre-subdivision status, and
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the
public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of ounty Commissioners of the County of

PLAT VACATION
This REQUEST FOR AND CONSENT TO PLAT VACATION is executed by Deborah L. Webster as
representative of the Webster Ranch, LLC a Colorado limited Liability Company whose principal address
is P.O. Box 5780, Avon, Colorado 81620.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Webster Ranch, LLC is the current owner of the G.R. Webster Rural Homesites
Subdivision Plat recorded in the public records of Eagle County as Reception No. 284824 (the "Final
Plat"); and
WHEREAS, on January 25, 1984, the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC")
approved the G.R. Webster Rural Homesites Subdivision Plat; and
WHEREAS, the Webster Ranch, LLC desires to vacate the G.R. Webster Rural Homesites
Subdivision Plat; and
NOW, THEREFORE:
1. The Webster Ranch, LLC requests and consents to the vacation by the Eagle County Board of
Commissioners of G.R. Webster Rural Homesites Subdivision Plat as set forth herein above.
2. The Webster Ranch, LLC hereby represents that the person signing this Request for and
Consent to Plat Vacation has the authority to do so on its behalf.
