Home My WebLink AboutR10-036 Resolution Amending Regular Public Meeting DaysCommissioner ~~~~-'1 ~~ moved adoption of the following Resolution: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION N0.2010- ~ c~ ~P RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION N0.2009-127: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING DAYS FOR THE EAGLE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010 AND DESIGNATING LEGAL HOLIDAYS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010 AND ESTABLISHING THE BI-WEEKLY PAYROLL SCHEDULE FOR 2010 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30-10-303, C.R.S., the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado ("Board") by Resolution number 2009-127 dated December 22, 2009, established a schedule of the Board's regular meeting days for Fiscal Year 2010; and WHEREAS, the Board now desires to amend the established regular public meeting days for the Eagle Board of County Commissioners for Fiscal Year 2010 as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT, the Board hereby amends the established schedule of the Board's regular meeting days for Fiscal Year 2010 to incorporate the following change: June 1, 2010 (Tuesday) Meeting canceled June 7, 2010 (Monday) Meeting added June 8, 2010 (Tuesday) Meeting added THAT, the aforementioned change is hereby reflected in the 2010 Meeting Schedule, Eagle Board of County Commissioners, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference. THAT, Resolution No. 2009-127 shall remain in full force and effect except as hereby amended. THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. MOVED, READ and ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the l?7 day of April, 2010.
