BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO 2010- ~
RESOLUTION CONCERNING. APPOINTMENTS
TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. 30-28-117, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "the Board"), is authorized to make
appointments to the Eagle County Zoning Board of Adjustment.
WHEREAS, the following appointments and designations do not constitute contractual
obligations of the County of Eagle nor of the Board, and the County and Board are not legally
bound for the respective terms of appointment of designation as specified herein below, the
County, by and through the Board, having the authority, in its sole discretion, to change, add,
or abolish such appointments and designations and to fill vacancies as it sees fit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby appoints and confirms the following people to serve as members
of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the term set to expire in March, 2012.
Chris Juergens (Regular Member)
Debbie Marquez (Regular Member)
Diane Milligan (Regular Member)
Robert Warner (Regular Member)
THAT, the Board hereby appoints and confirms the following people to serve as members
of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the term set to expire in March, 2011.
Thomas Du Bois (Associate Member)
Thomas Gorman (Associate Member)
Tambi Katieb (Associate Member)
Stephen Isom (Associate Member)
Dominic Mauriello (Associate Member)
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for
the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado, this ~~day of , 2010.
