RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -162:

RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING DAYS FOR THE
EAGLE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004
AND
ESTABLISHING DAYS AND OFFICE HOURS FOR COUNTY OFFICES
TO TRANSACT COUNTY BUSINESS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004
AND
DESIGNATING LEGAL HOLIDAYS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30 -10 -303, C.R.S., the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado ( "Board ") by Resolution No. 2003-
162 dated December 16, 2003, established a schedule of the Board's regular meeting days for
Fiscal Year 2004; and
WHEREAS, the Board now desires to amend the established regular public meeting
days for the Eagle Board of County Commissioners for Fiscal Year 2004 as set forth in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby amends the established schedule of the Board's regular meeting
days for Fiscal Year 2004 to incorporate the following changes:
October 5 (Tue) Meeting canceled
November 30 (Tue) No Meeting —CCI
December 7 (Tue) Add Regular Meeting
THAT, the aforementioned changes are hereby reflected in the 2004 Meeting Schedule,
Eagle Board of County Commissioners, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by
reference.
THAT, Resolution No. 2003 -162 shall remain in full force and effect except as hereby
amended.

THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the /.,„2- day of October
