COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2004- ~~'"~4
RESOLUTION CONCERNING APPOINTMENT
TO THE
EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 91-9, the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, (hereinafter the "Board"), approved an
intergovernmental agreement establishing the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Service
Authority and make appointments to the Eagle County Emergency Telephone Authority Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board has nominated Fred
Morrison of the Eagle County Ambulance District for membership to the Eagle County
Emergency Telephone Authority Board;
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Fred Morrison as a member to the Eagle
County Emergency Telephone Authority Board; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Fred Morrison is hereby appointed as an East of Wolcott Member, which
appointment shall expire January 1, 2006 or until his replacement is appointed.
THAT, the Board of County Commissioners finds, determines and declares that this
Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of
Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
C unty of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the ~~ day of
