BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.2004 - ~~
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND RATIFYING RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
EAGLE COUNTY TO ACCEPT THE STATE BOARD OF GREAT OUTDOORS
COLORADO TRUST FUND PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH ITS TERMS AND
CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING A GRANT AWARD TO COMPLETE THE
FREEDOM PARK SKATE PARK
WHEREAS, Eagle County, Colorado ("County") is a political subdivision of the State of
Colorado duly organized and existing pursuant to the laws and the Constitution of the State; and
WHEREAS, on August 3, 2004, the Board of County Commissioners ("Board"),
accepted the State Board of Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund Project Agreement ("Project
Agreement"). The Project Agreement required a Resolution from the Board of County
Commissioners to accept the Grant Award. The resolution attached as Exhibit "A" hereto was
attached as an addendum to the Project Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to approve and ratify the attached Resolution and the
terms and conditions of said Project Agreement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Board hereby approves and ratifies in all respects the Grant Award and the
attached resolution dated August 3, 2004.
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissione of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the ~~aay of~~~~~
