of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 2004- O/'E>
RESOLUTION CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE
JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SALES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the following individuals are current members of the Junior Livestock
Sales Commission with terms set to expire in March, 2004 at the first regular Board of County
Commissioners meeting of that month:
Roby Forsyth
Susan Forsyth
Trent Eichler
Loyd Gerard
Heather Gerard
Rachel Overlease
Kevin Brubeck
Brent Smith
J amy Patterson
Ivan Stoltzfus
Linda Sto1zfus
WHEREAS, the Junior Livestock Sales Commission recommends the aforementioned
individuals for reappointment to the Junior Livestock Sales Commission, said terms to expire in
March, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter the "Board"), desires to make certain reappointments to the Junior
Livestock Sales Commission; and
WHEREAS, the following current members of the Junior Livestock Sales Commission
have not been formally appointed by Resolution and the Board now desires to ratify the
appointments of such current members:
Melinda Hammer
Brenda Smith
Jackie Schlegel
Amy Gill
WHEREAS, the following appointments and designations do not constitute contractual
obligations of the County of Eagle, nor of the Board, and the County and the Board are not
legally bound for the respective terms of appointment of designation as specified hereinbelow,
the County, by and through the Board, having authority, in its sole discretion, to change, add or
abolish such appointments and designations and to fill vacancies as it sees fit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the following individuals who currently serve as members of the Junior
Livestock Sales Commission with terms set to expire in March of 2004, are hereby reappointed
to the Junior Livestock Sales Commission, said terms to expire in March, 2006 at the first regular
Board meeting of that month:

THAT, the Board hereby ratifies the following appointments of current members of the
Junior Livestock Sales Commission, said terms to expire in March, 2006 at the first regular
Board meeting of that month:

THAT the Board finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the
public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
