of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMII~IISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION N0.99--1'(p (1
RESOLUTION APPOINTING
JACK ING5TAD
AS
COUNTY ADNIINISTRATOR
AND AS
COUNTY BUDGET OFFICER
WHEREAS, the Boazd of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter "the Boazd"), desires to make a certain necessary administrative
appointment and designation for the term specified hereinbelow; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 99-10, James K. Hartmann was appointed the
Eagle County Administrator until further order of the Boazd, in accordance with Section 30-11-
107, C.RS.; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 99-10, James K. Hartmann was appointed the
Eagle County Budget Officer until frther order of the Boazd, in accordance with Section 29-1-
104, C.R.S.; and
WHEREAS, James K. Hartmann has resigned from the position of County Administrator
and County Budget Officer; and
WHEREAS, the Boazd of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle desires to
appoint Jack Ingstad as the Eagle County Administrator for the term commencing July 21, 1999
until further order of the Board, in accordance with Section 30-11-107, C.R.S.; and
WHEREAS, the Boazd of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle desires to
appoint Jack Ingstad as the Eagle County Budget Officer for the term commencing July 21, 1999
until further order of the Boazd, in accordance with Section 29-1-104, C.R.S.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Jack Ingstad be and is hereby appointed as the County Administrator of Eagle
County for a term commencing July 21, 1999 until further order of the Boazd.
THAT, Jack Ingstad be and is hereby appointed as the County Budget Officer for Eagle
County for a term commencing July 21, 1999 until further order of the Boazd.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Boazd of County Commissioners of the
o ty of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regulaz meeting held the day of
