BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 99-
RESOLUTION DISPOSING OF
MOBILE HOME
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S.§30- 11- 101(c), Eagle County, State
of Colorado ("County") may sell, convey, or exchange any real or
personal property owned by the County and make such order the same
as may be deemed conducive to the interests of the inhabitants; and
WHEREAS, the County holds legal title to a 1982 Schult mobile
home, VIN P179658, purchased May 2, 1986, the use of which was
donated to the National Guard in the Memorandum Of Agreement of Use
dated May 26, 1987, and which has since been used by the National
Guard and /or Civil Air Patrol at the National Guard facilities at
the Eagle County Regional Airport;
WHEREAS, the mobile home has no market value and is of no
further use to the National Guard or the County; and
WHEREAS, the National Guard proposes to remove the mobile home
from the Airport and transfer it to the state Department of
Corrections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, upon the recommendation of the Eagle County Regional
Airport, the County wishes to convey the mobile home to the
National Guard for its removal from the Airport.
THAT, on the recommendation of the Airport, the County hereby
authorizes the donation of one 1982 Schult mobile home, VIN P179658
to the Colorado Department of Military Affairs.
THAT, the Chairman shall sign the Assignment of Title and such
other documents as are necessary to give effect to this Resolution
and transfer the mobile home.

THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that
this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and
welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
