BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 99- 1!f
RESOLUTION DISPOSING CERTIFICATES OF SALE
HELD BY EAGLE COUNTY FOR
THIRTY YEARS OR MORE
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. §39- 11- 142(6)(a), in all cases
where a tax lien on real property has been struck off to the county
at a tax sale and the county has held the certificate of sale for
thirty years or more without obtaining a tax deed, then such
certificate may be declared void and of no effect; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. §39- 11- 142(6)(b), the Eagle County
Treasurer ( "Treasurer ") prepared and presented to the Eagle County
Board of County Commissioners ( "Board "), County of Eagle, State of
Colorado ( "County") , a list of all tax liens on all real property
struck off to the County and all certificates of sale relating
thereto, attached hereto as Exhibit "'A", ("'List") which certificates
have been held by the County for thirty years or more without
obtaining a deed or otherwise disposed of under this article; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to
being presented with said

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, upon making the above - described determination, the Board
declares that such certificates are void.
THAT, this executed Resolution shall order the Treasurer to
cancel the certificates of sale described in Exhibit "A ".
THAT, the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that
this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and
welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, Sta of Colorado, at its regular meeting
