HomeMy WebLinkAboutR99-094 appoitnments to roaring fork regional planningI Commissi• er ) moved adoption of the fo low' g Resolution: BOARD OF COUNTY COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 99- �, CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS TO THE ROARING FORK VALLEY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION WHEREAS, the Board and the Town of Basalt have cooperated in the formation of the Roaring Fork Valley Regional Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Board desires to make appointments to the Roaring Fork Valley Regional Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT, the following persons be and are hereby appointed as members of the Roaring Fork Valley Planning Commission, with terms to expire as indicated, or to continue until their replacements have been duly appointed: Regular Members Terms to expire first Board of County Commissioner's meeting in the month of March of the year indicated: Temple Glassier 2002 Alternate Member Terms to expire first Board of County Commissioner's meeting in the month of March of the year indicated: Don Barnes 2000 Gary Ferguson 2000 THAT, these appointments shall become effective upon Board approval and signature. THAT the Board hereby finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
